Aromatherapy Diffuser - Keep It Simple

Simple tea light candle diffusers can be found at many retail stores now.  These are a good place to start.  If you prefer buying on-line, The Art Of Aromatherapy Amazon Store has an amazingly large variety of beautiful diffusers.

The diffuser page (on side menu) has information on types of diffusion methods when you get ready to explore this subject.  For now, the point is to get started.  Here are 2 cheap and easy methods:

  • Place some coarse salt (organic) in the bottom of a lidded glass container with a few drops of the essential oil blend of your choice. Close the lid, and you have "smelling salts".
  • Light an unscented (organic) candle.  Let it burn until some of the wax is melted. Blow out the candle. Add a few drops of essential oil and relight the candle. (This is still one of my favorites because it gives me 100% control of the product and quality I am using.)
